据海淀区气象台7月20日17时发布：

今天夜间多云有轻雾，南转北风1、2级，最低气温22℃；明天白天，多云间晴，早晨有轻雾，北转南风2、3级，最高气温33℃；明天夜间，多云转晴，南转北风1、2级，最低气温23℃。

今年三伏天共30天

入伏后，北方多干热，南方多闷热

易出现“桑拿天”

注意遮阳避暑，及时补水

“三伏天”潮湿闷热

易引发疲惫、食欲不振甚至中暑

舒适度夏

合理调整饮食和生活习惯是关键
