冬至节气前，寒意已从北到南。这天上午，在安徽省桐城市人民法院的六尺巷调解室，一对因为三条鱼大打出手，从而引发一场持续了一年多官司的当事人，终于平心静气地坐了下来，在面前的调解书上签上了自己名字。这是桐城市人民法院通过“六尺巷工作法”解决的民事纠纷中的一起。

近年来，安徽省桐城市人民法院将中华优秀传统文化的内涵与和谐司法理念相融合，形成具有法院特色的“六尺巷工作法”。

“六尺巷工作法”以“听、辨、劝、借、让、和”为基本内容，将六尺巷典故中蕴含的“让”“和”精神贯穿始终，通过“倾听诉求—辨明是非—劝解疏导—借古喻今—互谅互让—握手言和”，实现调解规范化、情理化，实质性、根本性化解矛盾纠纷，做到以文化人、定分止争，实现案结事了人和。

2023年以来，安庆市中级人民法院在全市宣传推广“六尺巷工作法”，在辖区法院命名一批“六尺巷调解室”，统一风格、设计、标识、流程，实现诉调对接工作规范化；做实指导调解法定职能，让法官、法官助理深度参与调解，形成在线调解与在线司法确认、在线申请出具调解书无缝衔接等特色办案模式。
