善行微光 青商暖阳
“爱心妈妈”元宵节平安喜乐会
在元宵佳节的温馨氛围中，河北区用一场充满爱与温暖的活动，为困境儿童的成长之路增添了明亮的色彩。由河北区青年企业家商会发起的“善行微光 青商暖阳”捐资助学活动在河北区民营企业家之家成功举办，河北区妇联、工商联携手民政局、慈善协会以及公检法等多个部门，共同组建了“爱心妈妈团”，举办了一场洋溢着幸福与欢乐的元宵节平安喜乐会。
河北区妇联、区工商联主要负责同志，市妇联家儿部、各相关单位有关负责同志，青商会企业家代表、少年警校、“阳光・冰凌” 工作室、“凤侠法官工作室”相关人员，以及受助儿童及其家长共计40余人参加活动。

活动中，青商会的爱心妈妈们向困难学子递交助学善款，并给予亲切的鼓励与关怀，激励孩子们勇敢追逐梦想，在学习的道路上奋勇拼搏。企业家代表们也带着满满的心意，为困难家庭送上了精心准备的元宵节福袋，每一个福袋都承载着对这些家庭的美好祝愿，让他们深切感受到社会大家庭的温暖与关怀。受助孩子们满含感激之情，表示一定会努力学习知识，增长本领，将来成为对社会有贡献的人，用实际行动回报这份关爱。

为了让活动更具节日氛围，所有爱心妈妈和孩子们齐聚一堂，共同参与烟花汤圆的制作。大家围坐在一起，你揉面、我包馅、她搓汤圆，分工明确，配合默契。不一会儿，一个个圆润可爱、五彩缤纷的烟花汤圆就摆满了盘子。活动现场欢声笑语此起彼伏，热闹非凡，那欢乐祥和的氛围如同一条无形的纽带，将爱心妈妈和孩子们的心紧紧连在一起，让这个元宵节充满了别样的温暖与幸福。

在活动的心理游戏环节，心理咨询师冉畅老师别出心裁地设计了“我要吹走负面情绪”的游戏。孩子们在游戏中尽情释放内心的压力和负面情绪，将原本沉重的心情转化为轻松愉悦的力量。并借助OH潜意识心理图卡，引导孩子们打开心灵的窗户，将内心深处那些难以言说的想法和情感表达出来。在这个过程中，孩子们与家长之间的距离逐渐拉近，亲子沟通的桥梁变得更加坚固、温馨。
