祥龙奋跃传佳绩，灵蛇乘时启新程。挥手辞别的2024年，是中华人民共和国成立75周年，也是上海监狱系统高质量发展开局之年，也是青浦监狱建监30周年。一年来，青浦监狱上下一心，紧密团结成命运共同体，接续奋斗、砥砺前行，既有赶路的艰辛，又有收获的喜悦。

这一年，我们践行宗旨、与法同行。监狱深入学习贯彻习近平总书记对政法、监狱工作的重要指示批示精神，聚焦主责主业，突出工作主线，坚持以改造好罪犯为中心任务，“评管矫”一体化、“产学业”一体化机制平稳运作，全力提升罪犯改造质量。我们确保严格公正执法，率先发布《法治监狱建设白皮书》，不断推进监狱治理体系和治理能力现代化建设，规范执法水平显著提升、安全治理基础不断夯实。

这一年，我们革故鼎新、推动监狱工作高质量发展。顺应时代发展大势，全力推进监狱工作改革创新，二十项高质量发展重点项目落地落实，平安监狱、法治监狱、文明监狱、数治监狱建设有序推进，青浦监狱获得上级部门“积极发挥示范引领作用，坚守安全底线做得好、高质量发展亮点多、敢为人先走在前”的肯定评价。

这一年，我们打造过硬铁军，民警队伍命运共同体意识有新提升。扎实开展党纪学习教育等活动，纵深推进实战大练兵，全体干警凝心聚力，以奋斗者的姿态，抱朴守真、奋力前行，用一次次历史性的跨越，向建监30周年献上了厚重的贺礼。
