春回大地，万物复苏，春耕备耕，农事渐起。为切实增强春耕期间农村群众的交通安全意识，有效预防和减少农村道路交通事故的发生。近期，新疆各地交警走进辖区农村开展春耕农忙交通安全宣传活动，护航春耕生产安全有序。
乌鲁木齐交警
4月9日，乌鲁木齐市公安局交警支队民警深入永丰镇，开展了一场充满温情的交通安全宣传与服务活动。民警穿梭在永丰镇的村道小巷，为每一户农家送上精心准备的交通安全宣传册。考虑到农忙时村民早出晚归，车辆和行人在视线暗的地方不易被发现，民警特意为村民们带来了反光条，并现场示范如何在农用机械设备、农用车上正确粘贴反光条，确保在夜间或低能见度环境下能够提高车辆和行人的可见性，降低交通事故风险。

伊犁交警
伊犁州霍城县公安局交警大队民警通过发放宣传单，针对春耕交通特点、农用车驾驶常识、“一盔一带”知识和常见违法行为的危害性展开宣传。民警针对农用车辆安全状况，现场检查制动、灯光、轮胎等关键部位，对发现的隐患及时告知提醒，并为车辆粘贴反光标识，提高夜间行驶安全性，降低事故风险。

客货混装“驶”不得
客货混装行驶严重影响行车安全。三轮车、低速载货汽车等农用车辆缺少对乘客的安全保护设施，一旦发生事故，易造成较大伤亡后果；而且在行驶途中，易发生货物捆绑不牢、滑移等现象而挤伤乘客。

勿乘坐无牌无证车辆
无牌无证车辆安全技术标准低，车辆转向、制动等部件安全性能差，容易出现半路熄火、刹车失灵、转向失控等险情，危及驾驶人和他人的安全。

超速、超载行驶危害大
农村地区道路复杂，陡坡、急弯较多，若驾驶人超速、超载行驶，会严重影响车辆制动性能和侧倾稳定性。遇突发情况时，驾驶人难以及时反应，容易发生侧翻等事故。

骑乘电动自行车佩戴安全头盔
电动自行车虽机动灵活，但稳定性较差，在发生事故时致残率、致死率极高，因此，电动自行车驾乘人员要按规定佩戴符合3C认证的安全头盔。

警惕货车盲区
由于大型货车自重大、重心高，盲区广，为了自身安全，记得一定不要与大货车争道抢行。大货车驾驶人也应提前观察路况、减速慢行，共同防范事故发生。

弯道处应减速，严禁超车、占线行驶
山路连续弯道和急转弯多，路标多有指示，应多注意路边标识标牌。当看到这些路标时，应该及时减速。弯道禁止超车，在进入弯道前，可以鸣笛提醒迎面过来的车辆，并注意紧靠自己车道右侧行驶，不要占道或压中线行驶，避免与对向车辆在弯道发生碰撞。
控制车速、保持车距
由于山区的路况比城市复杂，特别是在雨雾等能见度低的天气，经常会出现一些不可预见的情况。所以，开车要注意控制车速，尤其在临水临崖、窄桥窄路等路段行驶时，要与路侧保持必要安全距离，同时提前减速，避免急踩油门。道路狭窄会车困难时，可减速停车，切勿强行会车，礼让车辆右侧临水临崖的一方先行。
夜间山区行车应合理使用灯光
夜间行驶山路时，应合理使用灯光，过弯道、上坡时应提前变换使用远近光灯示意，随时提防对面来车，进行避让准备。笔直路段会车时禁止开远光灯，以防对向车辆驾驶员产生“瞬间盲区”。
