记者从世纪金源了解到，自2025年4月1日起，北京世纪金源购物中心正式收回原燕莎友谊商城金源店、贵友大厦金源店及金源新燕莎MALL的租赁区域，由世纪金源商管集团全面自主经营。标志着这座陪伴京城消费者二十载的商业地标迈入全新发展阶段。
4月1日起，购物中心持续正常营业的同时，将以西区局部区域为改造起点，开启全面焕新升级之旅。

此次接管后，北京世纪金源购物中心将通过品牌升级、业态优化与服务提升，持续激发商业活力。在今年5至7月，消费者将看到更多优质品牌惊喜亮相。
国际美妆与名表配饰，奢享体验再进阶
国际高端美妆品牌CHANEL、Dior、兰蔻等将联合启动年度美妆盛典，推出独家礼遇、限量套盒及线下体验沙龙，打造一站式美力焕新目的地；名表珠宝专区汇聚OMEGA、MONTBLANC、FREYWILLE等品牌，打造精品时尚风向标。
时尚户外全场景，激活城市活力
国际户外先锋：ARC'TERYX、MAMMUT、X-BIONIC等专业领域户外装备，演绎功能美学；潮流新势力：FILA FUSION、Beneunder、Teddy Tales（京西首店）以时尚创新赋能日常场景。

餐饮矩阵焕新，首店经济再突破
餐饮矩阵持续发挥多元化优势，满陇山房（北京首店）、寿司郎（海淀首店）、肉肉大米、清水亭、费大厨、羲和雅苑、龙人居等特色人气餐饮即将闪亮登场。莆田餐厅PUTIEN、大树餐厅、The Woods、失重餐厅、锦府盐帮、星怡会、胜博殿、泰香米、俄式厨房、墨纪MOJI、桂满陇、日坛涮肉、小放牛等地方特色及本地风味也将持续为消费者提供优质服务，共同构建多元美食聚集地。

会员体系上线，服务品质进阶
2025年，北京世纪金源购物中心将“隐形关怀”融入每处服务触点。全新会员小程序即将上线，视觉体系全面升级，与此同时，运营团队还将提升服务品质：母婴室配备应急护理包，服务台提供共享童车、智能储物柜、女性贴心用品、医疗急救箱、可租借的爱心伞等。
焕新计划：与城市共赴未来
2025年4月起，北京世纪金源购物中心大部分区域持续经营的同时，自西向东开启局部空间改造，打造“最具中国多元文化的超级综合体”，以“万种生活博物馆”为改造的全新定位。
