为持续推动中欧企业投资合作，促进欧洲隐形冠军企业加大对华合作力度，3月23-25日，商务部投资促进事务局邀请欧洲中小企业合作代表团一行访问安徽合肥市和亳州市。代表团由“隐形冠军”理论提出者、西蒙顾和咨询管理集团创始人赫尔曼•西蒙教授带队，20多名来自德国、英国、捷克等欧洲国家，汽车、智造、能源管理、商贸、咨询服务等领域代表参团随访。
3月24日上午，安徽省省长王清宪会见代表团一行，表示安徽与德国和欧洲国家在经贸、教育、农业等领域合作基础深厚，希望建立常态化交流机制，推动欧洲中小企业尤其是“隐形冠军”企业与安徽开展互动合作。3月23日下午，合肥市市长罗云峰会见代表团一行。代表团在合肥期间参观访问了大众汽车（安徽）公司和蔚来汽车生产基地。

3月25日，“2025隐形冠军•对话亳州座谈交流活动”在亳州市举办。另，代表团赴济人药业、亳芜园区新能源汽车零部件产业园、康美中药材交易大市场进行参访。
