七台河市桃山区
博达体育馆羽毛球场地内
一名正在打羽毛球的中年女子
突然毫无征兆地倒地
身体抽搐了几下后便一动不动
工作人员见状
惊恐地直呼
“救命！有人晕倒了！”

听到呼救后
立即朝着事发场地飞奔而去
她赶到时
倒地女子双眼紧闭面色苍白
已经失去意识
在触摸颈动脉判断心跳骤停后
肖舒元当机立断开始胸外按压
并大声喊人拨打120
她开放倒地女子的气道
按流程进行人工呼吸

肖舒元立即使用AED
对女子进行心肺复苏
终于，在肖舒元的努力下
倒地女子的身体有了反应
她轻轻哼了一声
缓缓睁开了眼睛
随后，120急救人员也赶到了现场
女子的意识也逐渐恢复
整个救援过程一共持续了9分钟
当肖舒元站起身后
她已经大汗淋漓、双腿发软
瘫坐在了座椅上
仗义出手的肖舒元
曾是一名退役军人
现就职于七台河市中心血站
参加工作已有23年
肖舒元向记者介绍
当天她陪着三个好朋友来体育馆锻炼
没想到会遇到这样的紧急情况
谈到救人经历
好友王思文却红了眼眶
道出了不为人知的内情：
“她是一名退役军人
也是一名癌症病人
以前是运动健将
现在长期吃药
身体比较虚弱
只能做一些简单的运动”
王思文说
“她当时救人按压那力度
完全是拼了命啊！”
肖舒元却笑着说
“在部队时，班长说过
救人哪分得了强弱
该冲就得往上冲”

肖舒元还补充道
“之所以能在危急时刻
如此临危不乱
得益于单位组织培训急救知识
心脏骤停的黄金抢救时间
仅有4分钟
如果超过10分钟存活率极低
当时只想着必须争分夺秒
也多亏了体育场馆内配备了AED”
